Compensations functionality provides the following features and benefits:

· Compensation document

¨ Job suggests document for open vendor/customer balance settlement by due date

¨ Possibility of creating document for all vendors/customers or for all who meet conditions

¨ Available more matching options for Vendor and Customer on Compensation Setup

¨ Possibility of adding notes and attachments to document

¨ Compensation suggestion print out

¨ Ledger entries are reserved for compensation (info for payments)

¨ Document statistics (compensation amount, balance after compensation, due balance)

· Compensation posting

¨ Available preview posting

¨ Posting the document automatically closes vendor/customer ledger entries

- Available posted document printout
